Daniel James

Daniel was 17 years old in Series I of The Tribe. He has a range of experience in television including roles in Xena and Hercules.

He was a member of the cast of Cloud 9`s Enid Blyton Secret Series in 1996. Daniel has theatre experience including roles in Auckland Opera`s productions of Carmen and The Magic Flute.

He has recorded a variety of voiceovers and has appeared in several television commercials.

Before the virus, Zoot was really Bray's brother Martian.
Martian fell in love with Trudy, but Trudy was really
in love with Bray. Trudy later had Martian's baby.
Martian became Zoot when he couldn't handle his parents
death and Trudy not loving him. Ebony went to him and
they were never really in love, just together. Bray
snuck Zoot into the mall so he could see Trudy and baby
Brady because he really was a good guy at heart, but was
pushed off a building by Lex. He fell to his death.
Later on, a tribe called the Choosen came along,
praising Zoot calling him a God. Even I don't get that
obsessed with people that I create a cult organization.
Trust me though, the Guardian, the leader of the Choosen,
is crazy.
