Patsy came to the mall with Amber and the others. She
had a brother Paul, who was deaf. He went missing when
Lex scared him off and hasn't been heard of since. Patsy
became close friends with Cloe. They have been good
friends and as far as I know, until Patsy went
missing(oops, real spoiler) they were friends. At one
point the two of them decided that they needed
boyfriends and the leader of the Mutants caught her eye.
